We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Customers are required to pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected factors such as weather or transportation disruptions.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery team will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule.

Repeated failure to accept delivery may result in the cancellation of the order and limitations on future purchases.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly stated at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be reflected during the order process.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details  or be contacted by our delivery team to coordinate the drop-off.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 2 daysof receiving the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
